Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Times

All products are made to order through Printify’s print-on-demand network.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on item type, stock, and provider workload.

Because your order is created specifically for you, production begins shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once started.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and other factors may extend shipping time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking availability depends on the print provider and shipping carrier used for your specific product.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or free reprints for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Typos or wrong address submission

  • Packages returned due to customer unavailability or failure to pick up the package

If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update it—but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Unsuccessful Deliveries & Carrier Issues

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

We do not cover:

  • Unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier damage

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Other errors caused by the shipping carrier

These issues are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reprints.

For manufacturing defects or wrong items, please refer to our Returns & Reprints section.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon arrival.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot predict or reimburse these fees.
